Komsomol Street 1/3. plant "Arsenal" named after M. V Frunze.

M.V. Frunze (1885-1925) - an outstanding military and poiitical figure. During the Civil war was in command of the army. South group of East Front troops, the East and Turkestansky fronts. The bronze bust of military leader (sculptors - Ivanov V.S. Korolyuk A.K.. architects - Fomin I.I.. Maslov V.S.) is installed near the plant "Arsenal". It was opened in 1971. At the darkred granite pedestal is written: "M.V Frunze".
