A.P. was installed near
Conservatoire on 3 of
February 1906.
At the granite pedestal in carved gilded letters is
written: "Mtchaily Ivanovitchy Glinke". and
beneath, under the bronze applied branch: "1804-
1857": at the right edge: "Ruslan and Lyudmila ";
at the left edge: "Life for the Tsar": at the bottom
of the backside: "The foundation laid 20 May
1903, opened 3 February 1906".
At the plinth are listed the names of sculptor and
plant, where the monument was manufactured
(A.Moran).
