On 12 of April 1958 was installed the bronze sculpture of the civil war hero Kondratiev A.A. (Authors of the project are: sculptor Glikman G.D. and architect Macheret U.A.)
There is a sign at the granite pedestal: "The civil war hero. Yong Communist Leaguer - commissar Sasha Kondratiev. 1900-1918". At the sculpture's plinth is written: "Sc. G.D.Glickman (1956-1957)".
