 Konstantinov B.R (1910-1969) - an outstanding Russian physician, member of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Hero of Socialistic Labor, the Lenin Prize laureate. He headed investigations in the sphere of radioactive isotopes industrial division (splitting) and plasma diagnostics. As his scientific heritage can be mentioned scientific proceedings in theoretical and applied acoustics, astrophysics and etc. Sculptor Anickushin M.K. and architect Gepner F.A. immortalized his memory. The bronze bust of Konstantinov B.R. was opened on 10 of November 1975.
