Moskovskv Prospect 188. Victory- Park. Heroes Alley.

On 7 of October 1945 thousands of citizens gathered to plant trees  in honour of Great victory. In a year, in July 1946. the Victory Park was solemnly opened. The monument to A. Matrosov (1924-1943). Soviet Union Hero, who in the battle under village Tchernushky closed with his body the enemy's pill box embrasure, was opened in 1951. The authors of the sculpture - sculptor Eydlin L.Y. and architect Kirkhoglani V.D.
