The sculpture of Menshikov A.D. (1673-1729) was
carried out by sculptor Litovchencko M. and architect Brunina 0. and was opened on 15 of November
2002.
The bronze bust of Peter I upholder, grand duke.
generalissimo and factual ruler at the time of
Catherine I government, is mounted on the granite
pedestal. Being by his birth the son of court stableman
and having achieved the level, where he ruled sway
the destinies, he was exiled to Berezov where died in
poverty.
The bust height is 130 cm., the pedestal height -
172 cm.
