Turgencv's Square.

The monument to small dog of Spanish breed fallen a victim of deaf-mute yard keeper Gerasim. the personage of short novel "Mumu" by l.S. Turgonev. The project was done by scuiptor Arevickyan A. and installed on the square bearing the name of the prominent Russian writer in old city's region. Through hearsay, in St. Petersburg was established the club of Mumu friends with a motto: "For humane attirude towards a doq".
