Professor Popov Street 1.

 

Stolupin PA (1862-1911). Russian statesman. Minister of inner affairs, in the reaction epoch of 1907-1911 defined the governmental policy the organizer of agrarian reform, bearing his name. Was deadly wounded by member of Socialist Revolutionary Party Bogrov D.G.
The obelisk done by architect Marfeld R.R. was opened on 12 of August 1908.
