Botkinskaya Street. 20

At the pedestal of red granite in carved gilded letters is written: "Professor Sergey Petrovich Botkin. 1832-1889". This bronze sculpture is dedicated to outstanding Russian therapist, one of the initiators of clinical medicine of internal diseases as scientific discipline in Russia, the founder of the biggest school of Russian clinicians. The sculpture done by sculptor Beklemishev V.A. was opened on 25 of May 1908.
