In the yard of Academy of Arts is instated tiie monument to I.I. Shuvalov "(1727-1797). Russian slatesman. Empress Elizabeth favourite. The sculpture of Russian enlightenment patron, the first Moscow University curator, Academy of Arts president count Shuvalov I.I. done by sculptor Z. Tzeretelli was the present to our city on its 300 Anniversary.
