ImageMonument dedicated to the feat of torpedo boat "Steresushchy" ("Guard").


Kamennocstrovsky Prospect (Alexander Park). The monument created in memory of the perished naval depot ol torpedo boat "Sleregibhchy" done by sculptor Izenberg K.V. and architect Gonen fon A.I. was opened on 10 of May 1911. Russian fleet torpedo boat was damaged under the Japanese shelling and could he captured by the enemy's fleet, but twe mortally wounded seamen scuttied a boat. The last minutes of the boat's tragedy are depicted in the work. At trie backside on the metal plaque is given the detailed story about the boat's feat.
