One of the most popular summer rest places among citizens are Shuvalovskiye Lakes. Sculptor Kaminski D.D. decided to adorn the place with plastic sculpture composition. From 17 of May 2003 the stone oarsman is sitting at the lakeside, waiting for fair wind and pleasant company.
