Tchernushevsky (1828-1889), Russian writer, the author of famous novel "What is to be done?", publicist and literary critic done by sculptor - Lishev V.V. and architect Jackovlev V.L. was opened on 3 of February 1947. Tchernushevsky N.G, one of narodnic movement founders, was the ideological inspirer of revolutionary movement of 1860-th. In 1962 was arrested for political activity and relations with A.
