The small siskin sculpture done by sculptor Gabriadze R.
and architect Bukhaev V. was installed in 1994.
The bronze Tchizhuk-Puzhuk plays the important role
among city's popular believes: it is considered that
the coin thrown on the siskin pedestal will bring you
happiness and fulfillment or your wishes.
