The Circus came!Fontanka Embankment 3 (near the circus building).


The sculpture "The Circus came!" is the first street work of sculptor Arsen Avetisyan. The sculpture was installed in 2001 in the historical center of St. Petersburg. The sculpture is considered to be one of the first avantgarde plastic arts: The gymnast on monocycle, as a pedestal - the steel arch - the part of circus ring enclosure.
The sculpture was cast in French cast foundry according to ancient French techniques, gilded in St. Petersburg.
