Peter I. (Admiralteyskaya Embankment 6.

"This monument was presented to St. Petersburg by the realm Netherlands. Opened 7 September 1996 by His Royal Highness Prince Oransky" - reads the inscription on the pedestal of the monument done by sculptor Bernschtam L.A. and architect Romanovsky F.K. The monument is installed not far from the Admiralty. On the oackside of the pedestal is written: "Dit Standbeeld is aangeboden door net Konmkrijk der Nederlanden aah de Stad St-Petersburg en op 7 September 1996 onthuld door Z.K.H.de Prins van Oranje".
Inscriptions: on the right plinth side - "J. Malesset fondeur d' art Paris", on the right side under cloak -"L Bemstamm. Paris 1911".
