In the yard of Pedagogical University is installed the monument to Ushinsky K.D. (1824 1870). the founder of Russian scientific pedagogics. His peda gogical system was based on demand of people" education democratization and idea of national char acter upbringing. His ideas are depicted in his book for primary ciass reading "Child's world". "Natiy language".
